Bridging people, processes, and platforms

For nearly 10 years, I’ve analyzed and implemented solutions that make technology approachable.

My background spans Salesforce Business Analysis, Microsoft Power Platform development, and enterprise curriculum design — all focused on improving how teams work and learn.

I’ve built systems and training programs for departments of 800+ employees, bridging gaps between subject-matter experts, business users, and developers. Whether I’m mapping a new process, building a no-code automation, or designing a learning pathway, my goal is the same: clarity, not complexity.

I believe everything starts with communication. The way a conversation begins often determines the success of a project. That’s why I lead with listening — to understand what people actually need. Without that, a solution will fail...it's just a matter of when.
